How to Initiate a Return
To return, please contact us via email to provide an order number.All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the items.
To some extent we won't accept any return if the items are not damaged when you get them.
However, If we send a wrong product to you or you got a damaged to product due to our mistakes, please contact us. The solution is as follows:
We will offer a full refund(not include shipping fee)and you don't need to send it back.
Resend a new one to you for no extra charge.
If it is damaged in delivery, you need to provide the pictures of items which were not opened at the time of signing and receiving. Then, provide these as evidence for us to claim from the express company. We would resend you a brand-new one for no extra charge or shipping fee.
In addition, we can not return or replace your orders if you make a deal with a wrong product.
Product Replacement
Currently we do not offer a replacement service for any products if they have no quality problems. Please kept informed.
Can I return the items if I don't like it?
If the items are perfect, just you don’t like it, within 7 business days of receipt of the items,you can contact us to return them. But you need to compensate us. We offer 2 kinds of solutions as follow:
What if I opened the product, but have not used it. Can I still return it?
